New Residential Complex – Augsburg

Build Smart was commissioned to support the planning and development of a modern residential complex in Augsburg – including student apartments, commercial units, and an underground garage.

The project emphasizes urban densification, energy efficiency, and architectural clarity, aimed at creating a living space that is both practical and appealing to young professionals and students.

• Digital 3D site surveys to provide exact building contours, elevation data, and terrain profiling

• Creation of legally sound area calculations and documentation for official approvals

• Development of precise architectural floor plans and partition certificates for multi-unit usage

• Interior visualizations and virtual walkthroughs to support pre-sales and investor engagement

• Coordination with external architecture firms, MEP planners, and construction supervisors to ensure smooth integration of the planning phase into the building process
